Women’s/Men’s Technical Designer Salary: $75-85,000

Jessilyn Personnel has been retained to conduct a search for a Women’s/Men’s Technical Designer with a major household-name young contemporary fashion brand.

We are seeking a talented technical designer with experience developing structured apparel for collection lines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to partner with design, product development, and production teams.

Qualifications:

Technical design experience in women’s and/or men’s apparel
Gerber proficiency required
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
Patternmaking knowledge is highly desirable
Experience with structured garments and collection development
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and production

Salary: $80,000–$95,000, based on experience.
