Description:

Jessilyn Personnel has been retained to conduct a search for a Gerber First Through Production Patternmaker with a major household-name young contemporary fashion brand.

We are seeking an experienced patternmaker with strong technical expertise in first through production development for collection lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to partner closely with design, technical design, product development, and production teams.

Qualifications:

First through production patternmaking experience in women’s and/or men’s apparel
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and production
Experience developing structured garments and collection lines
Proficiency with Gerber required
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $135,000–$150,000, based on experience.
