Production Coordinator – High-End Bridal
Location: New York, NY (Garment District – 36th St.)
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

A luxury bridal manufacturer is seeking a Production Coordinator with 3–5+ years of experience in bridal or eveningwear production. This role is integral to managing the full production lifecycle, from order intake through delivery, in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update WIP (Work in Progress) reports on a daily basis
Receive and process purchase orders from bridal salons
Confirm orders and manage all revisions/updates
Issue invoices to retail partners
Track and follow up on all garment customizations
Coordinate ordering of fabrics, trims, and production materials
Issue POs to international factories and monitor production timelines
Review and approve factory invoices
Partner with shipping/assistant to ensure timely delivery of orders
Track RTVs (returns to vendor) and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in bridal or eveningwear production (required)
Strong understanding of the garment production lifecycle
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, Word, Airtable, and related fashion/ERP systems
