Description:

My client is looking to hire an assistant bookkeeper to add to our accounting team. 

Below are the job responsibilities. salary range 45k-52k (Monday to Thursday in office. Friday work from home unless needed to be in the office. 

 Invoicing specialty stores

• Verify customers shipping addresses
• Calling customers for credit cards
• Handling Returns/RA/Call Tags
• Placing re-orders on Joor
• Help manage Past Due accounts
• If they have experiences with the ERP system Aims360 or Aims that would be great.
