I’m currently working with a major children’s wear manufacturer headquartered at 1411 Broadway in Midtown Manhattan that is looking to hire a Junior Account Executive / Sales Associate.
My client is a very large and well-established children’s wear company with multiple licenses. They have been acquiring several companies recently and are expanding rapidly, creating a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the industry.
Position: Junior Account Executive / Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in the apparel industry.
Responsibilities include:
Sales Support
• Item set-ups for retailers
• Pulling ATS reports
• Helping maintain the showroom line
• Checking on shipping and order status for customers
• General support for the sales team
Sales
• Managing and calling on their own account list (many accounts are already active)
• Developing new opportunities and growing existing business
• Strong potential for growth for someone who performs well
Salary: Approximately $65K – $75K, depending on experience.
