Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site)

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with NEW retailers, with a focus on both private label programs and our in-house brands. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between buyers, the internal design team, and production partners to ensure a seamless process from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by securing new accounts as well as reviving inactive relationships with national and specialty retailers.
- Identify opportunities for both private label development and branded product placement.
- Work closely with the design team to interpret buyer briefs, trend direction, and seasonal strategies.
- Partner with the production team to monitor development timelines, costing, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and deliver compelling line presentations, sales decks, and product pitches to buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and order terms to meet company targets while maintaining retailer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to final shipment, ensuring clear communication across all departments.
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate forecasting, and provide regular reporting to management.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and retailer needs to proactively anticipate opportunities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience in the apparel industry (preferably private label or wholesale).
- Strong retailer relationships (must have current working relationships with most if not all of the priority accounts listed below).
- Knowledge of apparel production cycles, including design development, sourcing, and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to present to buyers with confidence.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PLM/ERP systems a plus.
