Production Coordinator Loungewear & Urban Streetwear on site Bilingual Chines or Hindi 

Moderate Market Loungewear & Urban Streetwear looking for a skilled Production Coordinator 

they sell to the Big box store and the discounters.  Work on 37^th st. and 7^th Ave

The role of a production Coordinator will be to work through the development and production phase of the order. The production coordinator would be skilled in managing supply chains and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

The coordinator is to be proficient in communicating with overseas factories and managing supplier relationships. He / She should have a strong track record of overseeing all stages of production, from sample development to final shipment. Committed to optimizing production processes and exceeding customer expectations.

This role is a mix of production with development.

.              Coordinate the entire sample process, including shipping, sample logging, and comment follow-up.

.              Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers and manage buyer relations.

.              Manage costing, ticketing, and Excel/Word charts for production and product development.

.       

       Manage purchase orders and track follow-ups for on-time delivery.

.              Coordinate the process for pre-production samples, lab dips, trims, bulk fabric approval, weekly garment fittings, and action calendar.

.              Review and issue price tickets, carton markings, labels, hang tags, UPC, and price tickets.

.              Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, and Merchandising teams.

.              Spec garments and provide size measurement comments to factories. Work on grading.

.              Communicate with retail private label teams when appropriate.

Requirements:

.              5-10 years of experience.

.              Must be able to have an "A-Z mentality" (small company feel) and see orders through from start to finish.

My Client has people to make tech packs. 

But the person they hire must know how to spec a garment to check measurements.

They are using A2000.  This is mostly for inventory and sales.

 The current staff is keeping track of orders using excel.
