Production Assistant – High-End Fashion Factory

Location: Midtown Manhattan (On-Site)

 Established factory on 39th Street, working with top luxury designers, seeks a Production Assistant to learn all aspects of the fashion manufacturing process.

 Responsibilities:

 Assist with production coordination with Chinese factories

• Support cutting, grading, finishing, and sewing departments
• Maintain time & action calendars and track production milestones
• Communicate directly with wholesalers and new customers
• Assist production team with pricing and order management

 Qualifications:

 Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Mandarin a plus

 This is a full-time, on-site position with great opportunity to learn and grow in the fashion industry.
