- identify issues / strategize resolutions and processes to enhance experience with shipping partners
- work cross-functionally with marketing to develop marketing / ecomm calendar
- conceptualize and execute email marketing strategy - segmentation, automated emails, weekly calendar emails
- strategize and execute promotions based on low sell-thru and holiday calendar
- develop and oversee affiliate marketing strategy / partners
- oversee initiation of partnerships with like-minded brands
- research and identify product offering, marketing, site experience, etc. of direct and in-direct competitors
- manager user experience of both websites including site nav, content, bugs, enhancements
- work cross-functionally with web design and developer / manage new web development from start to finish / QA all site enhancements before pushing live
- research and identify new web integrations to enhance customer experience
- oversee inventory management / transfers
- responsible for all ecomm buys / sizing out based on sell thru data
- manage, oversee, QA all product uploads (product creation, UPCs, copy, photography)
- responsible for merchandising all site categories
- plan, manage and oversee all pre and post production for all e-commerce photoshoots (shoot samples based on buys, coordinate photo team, make ecomm selects, retouching)
- create and manage photo budget for all e-commerce shoots based on approved rates
- work cross-functionally with design and production on delivery dates, sample changes, fit callouts, sizing
- partner with finance to plan and execute yearly advertising budget
- manage paid search and social consultant: bi-weekly calls, budget, KPI’s, creative and overall brand direction
- provide monthly top-line e-commerce reports
- manage and oversee relationships, product offering, product upload, inventory management, sales of dropship vendors amazon and Nordstrom rack drop shiop

They are looking for someone to work in office 5 days a week at the corporate headquarters located at 39th St 7ave NYC, This position will be a Website Dir. Position you will run all brands platforms, online stores Shopify, and Designers collections lines, Work with website developers, photographers, videographers, content writers, upload information, onto Shopify, develop landing pages, & design new websites. Would prefer but not mandatory candidates that come out of the fashion industry or the accessory market.
